Meet Erik Hiss REALTOR
Erik is a resident of Central Ohio where he grew up in Clintonville and attended Bishop Watterson High School. He then attended The Ohio State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. While at The Ohio State University, Erik played on the Men's Club Volleyball team and worked in the office of Admissions for five years.
During his years in college, Erik’s dedication to his studies, team, and his job taught him the value of hard work along with the importance of working with a team.
Erik’s real estate career began when he and his friend from high school bought three houses on The Ohio State University campus to rent out to students. He and his friend molded their entrepreneurial skills and now are owners of NollHiss Realty, LLC, a real estate rental company serving the campus area.
Erik received his license in September 2004 and is now serving as an agent for the Jackson team.
Meet Linda Freter TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Linda Freter is the Lead Transaction Coordinator for The Jackson Team. Her responsibilities include listing all properties and inputting them into the websites, creating the marketing for the homes, processing the contracts from start to finish, coordinating all documents, and
preparing all transaction details for a smooth closing.
Linda has worked for Keller Williams Capital Partners since 2003 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. She has lived in Columbus most of her life and dotes heavily on her beautiful little granddaughter.

Tamisha is the newest addition to The Jackson Team. Her career life has been in Health Industry Service with over 15 years of experience.
